Our current charges

WHOLE BUILDING

£21/hour

Parish Rate*

Local community group or registered charity **

This includes use of the main hall, the stage, the committee room and the kitchen and is inclusive of heating, lighting, etc.

HIRE OF MAIN HALL

£19/hour

This includes use of main hall with stage, kitchen, & WCs, but not the Wright Room or changing room.

COMMITTEE ROOM

£8/hour

This includes use of just the Committee Room. Tea and coffee may be made in the Committee Room without having to use the main kitchen. A WC is available in the adjacent Changing Room.

*The Parish Rate is charged for bookings by people living in Otterford parish.

** This rate is only available by prior agreement with the Parish Hall Committee and is limited to community groups based and operating in Otterford Parish and small local registered charities based and operating in Otterford and Buckland St Mary parishes. 

The minimum hire period is one hour; after that half-hourly bookings are available.

It may be possible to hire the car park (without access to the hall) if this is not needed for a hall activity and is limited to cars only. No larger and/or commercial vehicles are allowed, nor overnight parking. The charge is £11 per event.

We review our hire charges annually. 

Charges for each Regular Activity are set by the relevant activity organiser. Contact them directly for current details.
